Our skin is our main asset. If our skin is look dull and lifeless, no substance what we try or do to cover it up – it won’t help. For this cause it’s very important to look after our skin while we’re young so that we don’t need to move violently with it when we’re older. We’re going to cover the top five reasons your skin is look dull and lifeless and by knowing this factors you can now alter them.

Smoking

Smoking is one of the main reasons that women have wrinkle. Smoking in fact actively promotes wrinkles. Nicotine manages to narrow your blood vessels, plummeting the flow of blood on your skin. It also deprive your skin cells from oxygen.

Alcohol

Alcohol is one of the main reasons that your skin is dry. Alcohol is diuretic and it literally dehydrates your body. Due to alcohol our face can become puffier and our under eyes become darker. When you drink too much, our bodies will divert our oxygen; nutrients and blood flow away from our skin so that it can repair our vital organs.

Not enough sleep

Stop skimping out on sleep! Your skin feels and looks better after a nice, peaceful nights sleep. The more you deprive yourself from sleep, the more you’re actually harming your skin.

Too much sun

While the sun is beautiful and it’s lovely to spend a few hours every day tanning… the sun really does a lot of damage to your skin. Read more information about how the sun does damage to your skin in a blog post we wrote recently. The blog post can be found here.
