To its full range of products that treats normal to top skincare concerns, it has now introduced an eight-times oil absorbing rice protein technology for matte, shine free skin.
"We understand that teenagers today love to take pictures and to look good in them. We also understand that having an oily complexion can spoil those lovely shots. Clean & Clear's latest oil absorbing technology is specifically developed with this oily skin concern in mind," said Joyce Lee, managing director of Johnson & Johnson Sdn Bhd.
The all natural rice protein included in the formulation has a unique structure, acting as a micro sponge to soak up oil from the skin all day long. It attracts and captures sebum straight out of skin pores eight times faster and lasts for up to eight hours.
The rice protein technology is now found in Clean & Clear Deep Action line of cleansers. Clean & Clear uses four technologies in its products to help teens take control of their skin. These technologies are used in Clean & Clear skincare range that serves different functions for various skin types.
The first of four technologies would be Angel technology, a pimple fighter that uses salicylic acid and active botanical formula to dissolve pore clogging sebum.
Triclosan prevents pimples and blackheads while Cherry extract works as a complexion brightener.
